5:30 pm Waxing
This course teaches the fundamentals of waxing to remove unwanted hair. Students learn theory of hair growth, the theory of all hair removal methods along with their advantages and disadvantages. Students also learn client care including consultation, proper draping and contra-indications of waxing. Students learn the benefits of block/hard wax and will perform facial waxing with hard & soft wax. Each week includes hands on practical sessions in waxing all body areas. Students will receive an Introduction to Waxing certificate upon successful completion.
Duration: 6-8 classes or approx. 24 hours (includes written and practical exam) Course fee includes classroom supplies & written handout materials Note: Models with hair growth required (students will work on each other where possible) Location Instructor |
