Upcoming Classes

This course teaches the fundamentals of waxing to remove unwanted hair.  Students learn theory of hair growth, the theory of all hair removal methods along with their advantages and disadvantages.  Students also learn client care including consultation, proper draping and contra-indications of waxing.  Students learn the benefits of block/hard wax and will perform facial waxing with hard & soft wax.  Each week includes hands on practical sessions in waxing all body areas.  Students will receive an Introduction to Waxing certificate upon successful completion.

Duration: 6-8 classes or approx. 24 hours (includes written and practical exam)

Course fee includes classroom supplies & written handout materials

Note: Models with hair growth required (students will work on each other where possible)

Introduction to Nail Enhancements Class via Zoom from 5:30pm – 9:30pm. ⁠ ⁠

This course is great for established nail technicians looking to add artificial nail services to their menu. ⁠

 In this class, students will learn about nail product chemistry, salon health & safety, how to prepare the natural nail for enhancements, and proper tip application.

This module is mandatory prior to any of the enhancement workshops.⁠ ⁠
